Things to Note

• Participants must be able to drive a manual (stick shift) car.
• The company reserves the right to deny the car rental if the driver does not demonstrate sufficient experience with a manual transmission. No refunds will be issued in this case.
• All drivers must present a valid European Union driving license or an international driver’s license.
• Minimum age for drivers is 18 years.
• Each car can accommodate three adults or two adults and one youth (12+ years old). Please note that the back seats do not have safety belts.
• If three adults are occupying the car, the total weight must not exceed 210 kg, and an individual height of no more than 1.95 meters is recommended.

What to Bring

• Driver’s license (mandatory).
• A fully charged smartphone, as the car does not have a charging socket.
• Comfortable clothing and a hat for sun protection.

Cancellation Policy

• Up to 72 hours before the experience: Free cancellation (excluding bank fees).
• Between 72 and 48 hours before the experience: 30% cancellation fee.
• Less than 48 hours before the experience: No refund.
• In case of bad weather, 500 Journeys reserves the right to cancel the tour up to 48 hours before departure, offering a full refund.

Insurance

• Our insurance complies with Italian rental vehicle regulations.
• Coverage includes third-party liability, covering personal injury and material damage caused by the vehicle to third parties.
• All passengers in the vehicle are covered under this insurance.
