Our journey starts from Ostuni, the White City, where we pedal through part of the historic center along the main scenic road. Leaving town, we cycle through the unique Apulian countryside and reach the Piana degli Ulivi, a vast red-soil plain filled with thousands of ancient olive trees, some even thousands of years old.
We pause in Carovigno to rest under the shade of the impressive Dentice di Frasso Castle. Then, it’s back to beautiful Ostuni to complete our ride.
