The Day
The journey unfolds naturally. Time stretches. Conversation softens.
Along the coast — Savelletri, Egnatia, Monopoli, Polignano a Mare, San Vito — history feels present, carried by the water.
Midday brings a generous, easy-going lunch served on board: A relaxed spread of local dishes — three starters followed by a pasta dish — to enjoy casually around the boat, seated wherever you feel most comfortable.
There’s time to swim in clear waters, paddle on a SUP, or drift in quiet coves.
Nothing is rushed. Everything is gently taken care of — shaped around your group.
As the coast fades back into the distance, what remains is a deep sense of calm — of time well given.
