Puglia Delicious is my personal project, it comes from the passion for food, flavours and traditions of my land, Puglia. With our typical Apulian cooking classes in the farm, our primary goal is to give our customers a unique food experience.
Followed directly by the chef from appetiser to dessert, you will be able to prepare the typical dishes of our wonderful region. Now I’m based back in Puglia, my region, and I’m so happy and grateful to use fresh, local and seasonal ingredients to prepare a tailored made menu of your choice or from my special cooking classes. Moreover, you can enjoy my hands–on cooking classes.
The lessons are informal and intended to include a large element of fun as well as learning. I’ll teach you all the Italian and Apulian culinary secrets and you will be able to prepare your own italian tradition meal once you return home.

From a young age I have developed my passion for cooking through different experiences in gastronomic restaurants around Europe.
I’ve always been inspired by local Italian ingredients, putting my own style in individual dishes to create a unique culinary experience to be proud of. Furthermore the restaurants for which I have worked for have offered me the opportunity to bring traditional Italian and Apulian recipes to their table.
