ABOUT ME

My name is Roberto and I am a Chef completely captivated by the culinary arts. Coming from a family that has been involved in food & beverage for five generations, I graduated from a hotel
management institute and in sommelier studies.

I travelled to discover new international scenarios, with a particularly impactful stay in Paris, where I gained experience and techniques, which I now translate into a cuisine balanced between tradition and delicate avant-garde
touches. Outgoing, welcoming, and easily smiling, I have participated in numerous cooking shows, including public ones, moments in which it becomes clear how cooking is the most effective glue for socializing and sharing.

ABOUT SPADELLARTE

As a connoisseur of raw materials, I offer contemporary cuisine in which I skillfully measure the ingredients, using seasonal products and taking advantage of the excellence that the territory offers. I personally take care of finding and ensuring the quality of these raw materials with respect to sustainability. The land of Puglia allows me to range between seafood dishes, with very fresh catches, and land dishes, such as meats from small trusted breeders, or vegetables, creating preparations that not only guarantee taste but also satisfy visual appreciation.
