Our menus are designed so that our customers can get the fullest possible overview of our food and wine culture. Our menu follows the seasonand the market availability.
We are happy to accommodate dietary requirements, if needed. All the cheese and most of the ingredients come from our family.
The PugliaKitchen experience is not just about the food; it includes a service duration of approximately 5 hours, with 3 hours dedicated to meticulous preparation and 2 hours for service, ensuring every aspect of your meal is perfect.
Our service includes the expertise of our chefs, high-quality homegrown and homemade ingredients, and kitchen cleaning after the event.
However, it’s important to note that plates, glassware, tableware, furniture, napkins, electricity, and kitchen equipment are not included in our service. This allows us to focus on delivering an unforgettable culinary journey through Puglia, making your special occasion even more memorable
